What a wonderful time of year to be a landscape painter!
Over the past few months I have been beavering away in the studio producing a number of larger landscape watercolour paintings. At this time of year the sun is low and tree coverage is varied and colourful. These things all contribute to a even more dramatic landscape than usual. Exmoor, Porlock Weir, Porlock Hill, Dunster Beach, Kilve Beach and Exmoor Ponies all feature in this mini online exhibition.
All of the the painting below are available to buy (at the time I am writing this) from my website and as always, The Leo Davey Studio/Gallery in Minehead. I have not yet made prints available but can do on request. Let me know if you're interested.
